Karen Pittman Exits ‘And Simply Like That’ Forward of Season 3

Karen Pittman is resignation And Simply Like That… On Friday, Max showed that the actress, who performed Nya Wallace at the Intercourse and the Town apply up form, won’t go back for season 3.

“It has been a joy to have Karen Pittman play the smart and stunning Professor Nya Wallace on the first two seasons of And Just Like That…,” a Max spokesperson informed ET in a commentary. “As we have thoroughly enjoyed working with this dynamic actress, so too have others. Due to her commitments to two other streamer series, it has become apparent that filming three shows at once isn’t possible.”

“Due to the production realities, we are disappointed to announce that scheduling conflicts will not allow us to continue with this character as part of season 3 of And Just Like That…,” the commentary persevered. “Karen and Nya will be missed, and her Max family and fans will all be cheering her on in her other endeavors.”

Along with AJLT, Pittman has roles on Apple TV+’s strike form, The Morning Display, and on Netflix’s then display, Ceaselessly.

Pittman has but to deal with her proceed. When ET said to the actress on the Critics Selection Awards in January, she admitted not to realizing what was once to come back at the form.

“I haven’t heard anything about season 3,” she informed ET on the week. “They’re keeping that very close, like, locked up. I think that’s good, because people love that show so much and that stuff just spills out in the craziest ways.”

She went directly to celebrate John Corbett’s go back as Aidan Shaw, and categorical love for her personality’s storyline with Gary Dourdan’s Toussaint, noting, “We’ll see what happens.”

The scoop of Pittman’s proceed comes the week next Selection reported that Sara Ramírez won’t go back their AJLT function of Ché Diaz. On the week, Max declined ET’s request for remark at the document.

Lovers should wait till 2025 to peer what Max has in bundle for the form’ 3rd season.
