Sabres defenseman Mattias Samuelsson to pass over remainder of season

Buffalo Sabres defenseman Mattias Samuelsson will pass over the residue of the season nearest he undergoes surgical procedure to fix an upper-body shock, the group introduced Sunday.

Samuelsson, 23, has been lazy since taking part in in Buffalo’s 4-2 loss to the Anaheim Geese on Jan. 23.
